This is the amount of water WE use to clean one square foot of carpet.

This is the amount of water that OUR COMPETITORS use to clean one square foot of carpet.

HOMEOWNERS & RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS ARE LEARNING WHAT BUILDING MANAGERS & COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS HAVE KNOWN FOR YEARS - DRY CARPET CLEANING IS BETTER THAN WETTER - AND HERE'S WHY:

Most of our competitors offer carpet & rug cleaning that uses one of two things, huge amounts of water or huge amounts of detergents. Neither of these are good for carpets, rugs or the indoor environment and cleaning systems that use these two options are very old and out-dated technologies. Using lots of water creates the perfect breeding area for Mold, Mildew & Bacteria and also causes musty or wet odors and also degrades indoor air quality (IAQ). Using huge amounts of water & detergents in carpets & rugs means that what is left behind is wastewater which wicks-up during the drying process.

Using huge amounts of water results in damage to carpets or rugs. This damage is usually either seam-splits, backing delamination and carpet wrinkles or buckling. Also, using huge amounts of water causes discoloration (browning or yellowing) or color-loss. Also, it becomes necessary to run air conditioning systems, far beyond their capacity, to dry carpets which results in a large waste of energy. Carpet cleaning industry estimates indicate that in the United States, approximately 9,770,000,000 gallons of waters are used each year and that 80-85% of the resulting spent waste water is dumped into the environment, since our system is dry and not dependent on huge amouts of water, we do not dump any spent cleaning materials into the environment!

Using huge amounts of detergents results in sticky detergent residues being left in carpets & rugs. These residues cause rapid resoiling. Detergent residues also cause carpets & rugs to look dull and soiled and they can also cause damage to carpets & rugs.

Our system uses little to no water and detergents are never applied to the carpets or rugs. Instead, our system uses MICRO-Sponges which contains all of the cleaning agents needed. We clean with controlled moisture - NOT WETNESS - and since we do not put detergent into carpets or rugs, our system does not cause damage and there is no dry or down-time and there are no detergent residue to cause resoiling. NOT ALL CARPET DRY CLEANING SYSTEMS ARE THE SAME! SYSTEMS THAT USE "SPIN-BONNET" TECHNOLOGY ARE NOT RECOMMENDED BY MOST CARPET & RUGS MANUFACTURERS! OUR SYSTEM DOES NOT USE THIS TYPE OF CLEANING METHOD!

All of the soil is absorbed into the MICRO-Sponges and removed with a high powered vacuum extractor, leaving only deep-cleaned, sanitary carpets & rugs, ready to be enjoyed, immediately. Our system should not be confused with some do-it-yourself dry carpet & rug cleaning products that are actually powders.
